Visitors are very welcome but unlike a normal bike shop we operate an appointment system.

This is because many of our customers travel great distances to see us and we want to give the best possible experience. We also understand that children get very excited about the prospect of test riding a new bike and the last thing you want is to stand waiting in a queue.

Making an appointment gives you the following advantages:

• A dedicated time slot with an experienced member of our staff who will accurately fit your child to the most appropriate bike;

• Time to try our demonstrators outside, including advice on teaching your child to ride, if required;

• New bikes available to take away on the day, prepared in advance to your specification, in case you decide to buy (no obligation).

If you are passing and just want to browse you are very welcome. However without an appointment it is very unlikely you will be able to have a fitting with one of our experts, try any of our bikes or even place an order on the day of your visit.

Directions:

Islabikes is next to the Ludlow Food Centre, about 2 ½ miles north west of Ludlow town centre, on the A49 at Bromfield. There is an excellent café next door and you will want to browse the wonderful selection of local produce in the award winning Food Centre before you go. We are situated right on Sustrans route 44 which has an excellent traffic free section from our site to Ludlow town centre. Ludlow itself is a wonderful place for families to visit with its medieval castle, lots of events, riverside walks and beautiful surrounding countryside.
