How to order:

Please contact us on info@islabikes.co.uk with the following details. We will then be able to give you a price for your order:

We remove the sales tax/VAT and add a delivery charge based on destination and size of bike(s). You would be responsible for any import duties resulting from the shipment.

If you would like to proceed, we will enter your details onto our system, then email you with your unique order number. 

When you receive your order number, please call our customer service team on +44(0)800 008 6297 to make payment. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard, the card you use must be registered to the billing address you have provided. 

Whilst we endeavor to ship to as many destinations as possible, we are required to conform to your local and international regulations. We will inform you if this affects your order.

When should I receive my bike:

We recommend you allow up to 15 working days for preparation, despatch and delivery of your bike. You will receive an estimated date for despatch of your order with your confirmation email.

Once despatched delivery times will vary dependent on your location. Delivery is not completely guaranteed in case of unforeseen circumstances, this may result in a delivery taking place outside of the estimated 9am to 6pm hours or the following working day.

Islabikes will endeavour to deliver within the delivery-time quoted at the point of placing your order. The goods will be packaged securely and labelled clearly. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via e-mail or telephone before the quoted delivery times expires. If we are not able to offer a suitable alternative date for delivery, we will happily refund all money paid within 30 days of the order being placed.

When should I receive my accessories/parts:

Accessories and parts are sent via DHL International and will be delivered within 15 working days dependent on your location.

How can I track my order:

When we despatch your bike or large accessory/part we send you an email with the tracking link and your waybill number.

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link on your despatch email.
  • By calling DHL on 0844 248 0844 and quoting your waybill number (provided on your despatch email)
  • Text 07720 33 44 55 with your waybill number
  • Email track@dhl.com with your waybill number in the subject line; Or
  • Simply call our customer service team on +44 (0)800 008 6297

Who is your courier:

For orders delivered to rest of world, we work with DHL. Once despatched the delivery should be within 15 working days and will require a signature.

What if I am not at home to sign for my order:

DHL offer an on demand delivery (ODD) service that offers you greater control over your delivery. DHL contact you prior to delivery and after an attempted delivery to offer you further delivery options.

These include:

  • the ability to schedule your delivery on an alternative date
  • sign for your delivery in advance so that it can be left in a safe place
  • request that the delivery be left with a neighbour
  • arrange collection from a local service point
  • arrange delivery to an alternative address, or
  • place the delivery on hold until a more convenient date

PLEASE NOTE: This service is not available for all postcodes. If you are not within the ODD service area DHL will contact you prior to delivery via text message, offering you alternative delivery dates. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, DHL will leave a calling card with a number to contact to rearrange delivery or collection from a local service point.

You can also leave a note for the delivery driver requesting that the parcel be left in a safe place or with your neighbour. The note MUST include your signature for the driver to scan.

Can I choose a delivery slot:

We are currently unable to provide a delivery slot. When your order is collected from Islabikes, our couriers will contact you prior to delivery to offer further delivery options including choosing a different delivery date, alternative address or leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour. What do I have to do when my bike arrives:

Our set up video guides are located on our Info Hub. These include how to fit your front wheel, connect the front brake, fit the pedals and straighten your handlebars.

If your purchase is intended as a gift, we recommend unpacking and checking it prior to the special occasion.

Every Islabike undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection and final assembly procedure by one of our ‘Cytech’ qualified technicians to ensure:

  • it is safe to ride
  • it features child-specific adjustments
  • it is quality assured

Every Islabike is carefully assembled and quality checked in accordance with EN standards and compliant with UK and Ireland road safety regulations, which may not be applicable within the country of intended use. We will set up the brakes so the rider's right hand will operate the rear brake where the destination country drive on the right (with the exception of our balance bike). Please ensure that your Islabike conforms to your country's national road safety requirements before riding on the public highway.

When you receive your Islabike there will be a few simple tasks for you to complete:


For Cnocs and Rothan

Your bike will be fully assembled and everything adjusted so it is ready to ride before it leaves us. We do have to package it for transit, so when you receive it you will have to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. There are illustrated instructions in your bike's box that explain how to do this, along with a hex key set.


For Beinns and Luaths

Your bike will be fully assembled and everything adjusted so it is ready to ride before it leaves here. We do have to package it for transit, so when you receive it you will have to fit the front wheel using the quick release and fit the pedals. If you order mudguards with your bike you will also need to straighten the handlebars. There are illustrated instructions in your bike's box that explain how to do this, along with a hex key set.

For Creigs

Your bike will be fully assembled and everything adjusted so it is ready to ride before it leaves here. We do have to package it for transit, so when you receive it you will have to fit the front wheel using the quick release and fit the pedals.
