Supply Manager

We have an exciting job opportunity within Supply to support all aspects of the supply, including forecasting, production and delivery planning, and overall stock control.

We’re looking for a positive individual, who has excellent communication skills and experience of working cross-culturally to ensure supply activity is monitored and delivered to a high standard.  You will have strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with overseas suppliers and internal teams using your negotiation and influencing skills to ensure Islabikes’ supply management runs effectively.

Preferably you will have experience of working with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment and be familiar with BoM’s and BoM routing. Experience on using this in combination with sales forecasts, MOQ’s and re-order trigger points to action purchase orders and meet business specific stock KPI’s would also be advantageous. The role will require you to continually develop our expertise in this area and take ownership over all elements affecting supply to the business.

This role requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and strong attention to detail to ensure spreadsheets and records are accurately maintained.

There will be a requirement for some work to be done outside of the normal core hours to support with stock takes. You may also be asked to occasionally travel overseas to meet with suppliers within the Islabikes supply chain.
