How can I buy?

You can place an order in 3 ways:

 

Online

Once you have identified the most appropriately sized bike using our children's size guide and adult size guide, you can order your bike and any accessories you’d like us to fit through our website. We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £20.


Telephone

Once you have taken measurements using our size guide you can place your order over the phone by speaking to one of our customer service advisors. This method is recommended if you feel unsure about which size or model will be most suitable. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm +44 (0) 1584 708 383.


Visit our Fitting Studio

To give you the best possible experience, we encourage you to book an appointment to test ride the bikes. We will of course try our best to accommodate you if you don't have an appointment, but you will likely have a wait.

Order payments

We accept payment by Visa or Master card in pounds sterling only. Please note we are unable to accept American Express.

We are also able to offer cycle to work through Cyclescheme, subject to eligibility.
