These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Islabikes service and website. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Material and Content
The material and content contained within www.islabikes.co.uk is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. You may, if necessary to make a purchase, download content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You and any third party are prohibited to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

2. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order. Islabikes retains the right to accept or reject before processing the order. A despatch email will confirm the contract once payment is approved, prices verified and the order has been processed and despatched.
3. Payment, Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the website are accurate and current, however errors can occur. If there are any errors, we aim to update the website as soon as possible.
Depending on your method of purchase payment will be processed as follows:
1) Website orders – We accept Visa and Mastercard. We capture the payment at the point of sale.
2) Events or Islabikes Fitting Studio – We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your payment will be taken at the time of purchase. If you make any changes to your order that require an additional payment this will also be taken immediately.
3) In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:
· Pay later.
· Pay in 3.

If an item is not available, we will endeavour to contact you before the quoted delivery time expires. If we are not able to offer a suitable date for delivery, we will happily cancel your order.
4. Fair Purchase Policy
It is not in our business model to sell items in bulk quantities to other retailers or bicycle manufacturers for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders which we suspect are beyond the requirements for an individual or club/school arrangement. We remove VAT at the point of order and include a delivery charge for the following countries; Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Norway and Switzerland. Orders sent to these countries may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges and taxes – these are your responsibility and not included in the price that you pay to Islabikes.
We are not involved in any VAT refund schemes and will not be able to process a VAT refund for items delivered within the EU.
Freight Forwarding Companies
Islabikes do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order to a freight forwarding company we reserve the right to refuse your order and will be unable to offer any aftersales service including delivery support. The bike will not be covered by any warranty.
6. Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days. To cancel your order please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 800 008 6297. Please ensure you retain possession of your order and take reasonable care of it. Islabikes retains the right to inspect any returns and deduct monies for wear and tear or damage, including where the item has been either checked or used.

8. After sales service
Your Islabike comes with a 5 year guarantee on frame and forks and a 2 year guarantee on parts. This covers faulty manufacturing, but not wear and tear. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the bike and is only valid within the countries that we ship to.
If you purchased a bike within our clearance range the following guarantee’s apply:
Second Hand – 12 months guarantee on frame and forks.
Ex-Display/Demo – 5 year guarantee on frame and forks and 2 year guarantee on parts.
The guarantee covers faulty manufacturing but not wear and tear. The guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the bike and is only valid within the UK.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the guarantee.
Replacement parts for Islabikes
We hold stock of most spare/replacement parts specifically for our customers’ use in the upkeep of their Islabikes. For current availability and to place an order, please call us during office hours on +44 (0) 800 008 6297.
