Shop soiled
This is a brand new bike that during the build process, we have identified one or two small but visible paint blemishes on the frame or components.

Pre-loved
This is a bike that has likely been well ridden. Occasionally, it will be a bike that has only had light use. We've fully serviced the bike and replaced any worn parts.

Every bike is fully inspected and prepared by a qualified Islabikes technician.  

Our normal returns policy applies to all shop soiled bikes.

Our customer service team are unable to provide photographs or specific details of individual bikes or blemishes.

We are unable to supply shop soiled bikes outside of the UK.

Clearance and shop soiled bikes are brand new and have a 2 year guarantee.

Pre-loved bikes come with a one year guarantee on the frame and forks.
