Delivery information

Orders should arrive within 7 days of ordering.

Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £20 within the UK. 

Accessory or parts orders under £20 delivery is £4.

When will I receive my bike? 

Delivery of in-stock bikes will be up to 7 days from the date of ordering.

We will email you to let you know once your bike has left us, it should then arrive within 2 working days* between 8am and 6pm and will need signing for.

*If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland, delivery may take up to 5 working days from the date of despatch. For Isle of Man your delivery may take up to 2 working days following despatch.

Our couriers just deliver on weekdays, and not bank holidays.

When should I receive my accessories/ spare parts?

Delivery will be up to 7 working days from the time of ordering until delivery of your parts.

We send large accessories and parts (such as helmets, some mudguards and track pumps) via courier and should be delivered the following working day from despatch, between 8am and 6pm and require a signature.

Smaller accessories and parts are delivered via 1st class Royal Mail.

How can I track my order?

When we despatch your bike or large accessory/part you will receive an email with the consignment number and a tracking link.

If you have ordered a small part or accessory, we will ship your order via 1st Class Royal Mail which does not have a tracking facility.

What if I am not at home to sign for my order?

Our couriers will need a signature upon delivery. You can leave a note for the driver asking that the parcel be left in a safe place or with your neighbour. The note MUST include your signature for the driver to scan.

If you are not at home to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card and email you. You then have the following options: 

• Reschedule delivery
• Collect from depot*

This service is not available for all postcodes

Freight forwarding companies

We do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order to a freight forwarding company we reserve the right to refuse your order and will be unable to offer any aftersales service, including delivery support.

European and channel islands delivery information

We no longer deliver to mainland Europe or the Channel Islands - sorry!
