Delivery Information

Your order will usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days, however, note that we are a tiny part time team endeavouring to provide a spare parts service to keep your bike running. This means that just occasionally it will take up to 7 days.

Most of our parts and accessories are delivered via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, however, very small items will go in the normal post, and a very few large items will be sent by courier.

Our couriers will require a signature on delivery, however, you can leave a note for the driver asking that the parcel be left in a safe place or with your neighbour. The note MUST include your signature for the driver to scan. If you are not at home and don’t leave a note the driver will leave a card. You can then either reschedule delivery or collect from the depot.

Delivery overseas

We do not deliver to any none UK addresses – this includes Europe and the Channel Islands. Sorry.

Freight forwarding companies

We do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order to a freight forwarding company we reserve the right to refuse your order and will be unable to offer any aftersales service, including delivery support.
