Spare parts:
Our spare parts have a 1 year guarantee. The covers faulty manufacturing but not normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Bikes:
Our new bicycles have a 2 year guarantee on frame and parts. This covers faulty manufacturing but not normal wear and tear, accidental damage or use out of scope.
Our Cnoc bicycles' intended use is:
- First pedal bike for young children learning to ride.
- For use on paved, unpaved, gravel roads and off-road trails with moderate gradients. Contact with irregular terrain and loss of tyre contact with the ground may occur. Drops are intended to be limited to less than 20cm.
