Delivery Information
Spare parts
Your order will usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days, however, note that we are a tiny part-time team endeavouring to provide a spare parts service to keep your bike running. This means that just occasionally it will take up to 7 days.
Most of our parts and accessories are delivered via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, however, very small items will go in the normal post, and a very few large items will be sent by courier.
Bikes
If your bike is a pre-order when it has arrived with us we will email you a payment link, which last for 3 days. After you’ve paid you will receive an email detailing the delivery date. Then we will assemble your bike, fit any accessories and send it to you.
For in stock bikes delivery will be up to 7 working days from order.
We will email you to let you know once your bike has left us, it should then arrive within 2 working days* between 8am and 6pm and will need signing for.
*If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands, delivery may take up to 5 working days from the date of despatch. For Isle of Man your delivery may take up to 5 working days following despatch.
Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, due to recent legislative changes, we are no longer able to deliver to Northern Ireland. Sorry.
Delivery overseas
We do not deliver to any non-UK addresses – this includes Europe and the Channel Islands. Sorry.
Freight forwarding companies
We do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order to a freight forwarding company we reserve the right to refuse your order and will be unable to offer any aftersales service, including delivery support.
