Returns
We accept returns as follows:
Unwanted items
We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please post them back to us clearly stating the following information:
- Order number
- Order name
- Refund required
Refunds will be credited to the original payment card within 10 working days of receipt.
Faulty items/incorrect item sent
Please email or telephone us with the following information:
- Order number
- Order name
- Brief description of the fault
- Whether you would like a refund or replacement
We will then contact you with our proposal to resolve the problem.
