Bicycles are a sustainable transport solution which deliver a host of social and health-related benefits. Every returned bike represents wasted materials, transport miles and an associated environmental impact. We are committed to getting our customers the right bike first time to avoid unnecessary waste wherever possible.
If you change your mind we will accept returns for up to 90 days from the date you receive it. All we ask is that the bike is in unused, undamaged condition with all the original packaging and that you cover the cost of return carriage.
The cost of returning a bike will be deducted from your refund as follows:

If you have misplaced your box we can ship a new one to you for £25. Please contact our technical support team by phone +44 (0) 1584 708 383 (9am - 5pm Mon - Fri) or email email@example.com to arrange this.
We will supply packing instructions to support bike returns. Please take as much care as you can when repacking the bike to make sure it reaches us safely. Parcels that are returned to us remain your responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have safely received your bike undamaged and in the original packaging. In the event that a bike is received in a used or damaged condition we reserve the right to charge for any associated reduction in resale value.
Parts and accessories orders
If you wish to return any parts or accessories, please fill out the form on the back of your packing slip and return the parts by post to: Islabikes Returns, Lower Barns Business Park, Ludlow, SY8 4DS.
Please retain proof of postage when sending a return as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment card within 10 working days of receipt of your return.
